Cancel or Reschedule

You get a no-hassle full refund up until one week (two weeks for those paying group rates) before your trip date. Cancellations after your no-hassle full refund period expires are charged $10.00 per person. If you don't show up and don't call in advance, you are charged the full cost of the trip.

You can reschedule up until one hour before your trip date, and up to trip time if there is inclement weather.

Payment

Reservations do require a 50% deposit at the time of the trip. The balance is due the day of the trip.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We accept checks if we receive them at least two weeks before your scheduled trip date.  And, you can pay online via PayPal. See directions below:

Online Reservations – We are offering a modified version of online reservations for the 2007 rafting season. Here’s how it works:

Email us with your request and questions.

We’ll respond. Allow us 24 hours to respond. It’s usually a lot quicker.

We’ll agree on a Trip Date & Time and the number of adults and kids (& their ages) in your party.
(This step may take a few email exchanges, and that’s ok.)
We’ll send you a PayPal request for Payment. You can use any of the major credit cards with PayPal and you don’t have to have an account.
You pay us through PayPal. It’s easy. Instructions are included.
Once we confirm your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation.
You’ll come rafting and have a great time.

Why reserve early?

Get your plans set. Make sure you have your spot on one of our family rafting trips. If your plans change you can cancel up until on week before your trip date. You can reschedule up until one hour before your trip date.

And, in the spring, you can save money by reserving early.  Call for details.

How long can I wait to reserve?

Many of our trips do book up in advance, but not all of them. If you have a flexible schedule and can raft on 2 or 3 different days, then we can usually get you on a trip after you visit the area.  If you have a tight schedule and can only raft on one day, you should reserve further in advance. Remember, we give a discount for reserving in the spring.
